We were trying to find a new sourcing plan for Morphe 2 and part of that included finding a new country for them to source from. After doing some research on their parent company and where they usually source their products, we decided that sourcing and producing in the United States would be the best option. It would allow for increased transparency, further control over ingredients and formulations and the chance to create employment and support the community in the United States itself. We also designed some new product labels with this new information and lastly, researched some of their CSR initiatives as a company to see where they could use some more support and what areas they have been performing well in.
